J. B. Priestley's story "The Demon King" is perfect reading for Boxing Day. Unfortunately we can't share it on Wrong because Priestley's work is not in public domain, but you can listen to Dr Rebekah King read it or you can borrow it from the Internet Archive or hear the BBC's 1962 dramatization, adapted by Michael and Mollie Hardwick of Sherlockian fame.
